TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. You may request a prepaid label to send back your hair and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory on hand. If you are still dissatisfied with the color or texture of your purchase, any future exchanges must be done at your expense.

For the other sales items, clearance items, wigs or other customized items, there are no returns or exchanges permitted.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully.  Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot cancelled. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.

Order Processing

Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm EST. All orders MUST BE received with any necessary supporting documents and approved for fulfillment, including approval from our payment processing company to ship the order, before 3:30 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement.  PLEASE NOTE: Shipping hours end at 2:30pm on Fridays from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Product Availability

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Laced Guarantee

We at Laced HairCo take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual, we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted, we will address the quality issue at once. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer a return shipping label along with instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question.  

Return & Replacement Policy

Laced HairCo. we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to issue cash refunds once a sale is made. That notwithstanding, we allow exchanges for specific products as long as they meet the following prerequisites for exchanges:

  • That the product is still in its original packaging.
  • That the original tags are still in place.
  • That the product has not been tampered with or worn.
  • That no processing has been done on the hair. This includes brushing, combing, picking, or cutting the hair.
  • Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund. 
  • Perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the exchange.

According to the Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used.

In return package please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice.

  • We accept return(s) within 30 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 30 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
  • The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return.• Bundle Deals cannot be separated into individual units to be return.
  • If you purchased your product(s) online or over the phone, please contact Customer Service at CustomerCare@LacedHairCo.com . Client Care will send a pre-paid UPS label for your item(s) to be returned to our Corporate offices.

If the customer selects a higher value product in exchange, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item.

Once your item(s) have been received at our corporate office it will be examined thoroughly. If the item(s) have determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question.  Once a store credit or gift card is issued, will appear in your online account and made available to apply to future purchases on LacedHairCo.com. Store credits may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.  

Laced HairCo. will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if 1 – 3 Business Day shipping  is selected.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Wig Exchanges and Refunds:

DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.  

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Laced HairCo. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  •         Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  •         An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.,
  •         Damaged Products

Similarly, Laced HairCo. reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Should you receive a defective product, you're requested to take a photo of the item in its packaging and send an email to CustomerCare@LacedHairCo.com  with the description about the damage. Be sure to include the order number. Our Customer Care agents will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Excessive Returns 

Our Customer Protection Team (find out how to get one of these for real) also handles situations in which a customer’s return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a loyal customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all Dolls across the globe. 

Shipping Delays

For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information, we receive from our shipping partner .We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust our carrier partners to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at CustomerCare@LacedHairCo.com.       

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee the carrier charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. 

Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)

If you believe that part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact Customer Care immediately at CustomerCare@LacedHairCo.com . We apologize for any inconvenience.

Lost Shipments: 

If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed for and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please contact  Customer  Care immediately at CustomerCare@LacedHairCo.com . We will contact our carrier partner right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for your purchase.  

Damaged Shipments 

If you package has been delivered and your package has been damaged which resulted in lost of product(s), please keep all original packaging and contact CustomerCare immediately at CustomerCare@LacedHairCo.com . We will contact our carrier partner right away to start an investigation. We will either send you a replacement or issue a store credit.

Policy Changes

Laced HairCo, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Limitation of Liability

LacedHair Co, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. LacedHair Co will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, LacedHair Co is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Laced HairCo. LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customers for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Images of people or places displayed on the Laced Hair Co. site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Laced Hair Co.. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the Indique Hair site. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by Laced Hair Co. on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by Laced HairCo.  Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by Laced HairCo.

Submissions

Apart from your personal information, any communication or material you send to the Laced HairCo. site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you send to the Laced HairCo. site may be used by Laced HairCo.  for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. By submitting material to Laced HairCo.  you irrevocably transfer and assign to Laced HairCo., and forever waive and agree never to assert, any copyrights, "moral" rights, rights of publicity or to privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights that you may have in such material. Laced HairCo is is free to use, without obligation of any kind, any ideas, concepts, techniques, or know-how contained in any communication you send to the Laced HairCo. site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services.

Discounted Products 

Prizes and Compensation

Returns, replacements and exchanges are not permitted on products acquired by the client through a promotional contest or event. Hair acquired through a compensation contract from any Laced HairCo department, including but not limited to Laced Doll Influencer Program and Laced Style Affiliate Program,  is also not eligible for return, replacement or exchange.

No sale is final until approved by Laced HairCo. Laced HairCo.  reserves the right to withhold approval at its sole discretion.

Programs

Laced Hair Co. LLC. reserves the right to cancel or change any program without notice at any time.

Laced Ambassador and Affiliate Rewards

Global Policies and Membership Terms:
By joining Indique Rewards, you agree to Indique's global terms and conditions. Program-specific policies, terms, and conditions are listed below.

Right to Terminate Program and Points:
Laced HairCo.  reserves the right to remove any individual from our rewards and/or affiliate programs for any reason or no reason. Laced HairCo.  reserves the right to cancel the loyalty and rewards program at any time. User points may be revoked at any time. Suspicious activity, automation, or other abuse of rewards (points,cash or discounts) by any user will result in removal from the program and removal of any points or rewards.

Customer Referrals:
Referral purchases must be a minimum of $150 by a first time customer to receive points for the referral.

Combining Rewards:
Rewards /prizes cannot be combined on a single transaction. Reward coupons may be combined with certain other Laced HairCo. promotions where/when specified only. Reward coupons may be combined with certain other Laced HairCo. promotions and Bundle Deals where/when specified only. Rewards birthday coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, but may be combined with other  flat ($ based) discounts.

Reward Coupons:
LacedHair Co.  reserves the right to change the terms, details, reward, and/or benefit of any unredeemed coupon or unclaimed coupon at any time. In general, reward coupons do not expire, but Indique may, at its sole discretion, apply an expiration date to any code or reward at any time.
